Standard Operating Procedure For Value Added Courses

A. Overview - Value added courses enable students to build innovative and creative abilities while acquiring a comprehensive perspective, preparing them for evolving market issues. A value-added course provided by a department is accessible to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The value-added course provided must be distinct from the curriculum of any program offered by the affiliated university.

B. OBJECTIVES - The primary objectives of the Value Added Course (VAC) are:

• To equip students with an understanding of industry expectations and cultivate requisite skills;
• To enhance students' employability competencies;
• To foster and develop talent;
• To address skill deficiencies and prepare students for industry demands;
